DOINMC machinery is manufacturer for roll paper converting machine, like slitting and rewinding machine, paper sheeting machine, and other related paper processing machines with export license.
2. How about your technical team?
We got CTO with 30 years manufacturing experince. The company founder’s families doing machinery manufacuring three generation, which has long history since 1986.
3. How about your sales team?
Oversea sale director got 11 years experince for global marketing, selling and machine after-sale service. Her team offer pre-sale, sale, after-sale service 24 hours.
4. How do you do quality control for the products?
All the parts are manufacturing according to the drawing.
Accessories back to our factory, need under strict factory accpetance process. If not qualify enough, the parts will be sent back to the sub-suppliers.
Assembling job are done over supervision. Production manager take the main charge.
All machine will be tested from appearance, running performance, electric wirings… aspects.
5. Where is your factory located? How can we get there?
By air: WNZ longwan internatinal air port. Transfer via Shanghai airport costs 40mins. Transfer via Guangzhou airport costs 120mins. Transfer via Beijing airport costs 160mins.
By CRH train: Rui’an Station.
6. Does customized machine model possible to offer?
Absolutely yes. We customized sheeter with hole punching unit, slitter with ink printing unit… Hope the next project is yours.
7. What’s the payment term?
Most time is FOB Ningbo Port. But Shanghai port, Wenzhou port are also workable.
Price term, could be EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DDU.
8. How about the machine delivery time?
Standard configuration machine: 45-60 days after deposit.
Customized configuration machine: 70-90days after deposit.
All the machines are produced based on order. No secondhand machines.
9. How about machine testing?
Our factory most use material is Kraft paper 100gsm, 120gsm, 150gsm. Food paper 38gsm. Offest paper 60gsm.
Special paper or other material roll, it’s need offered by client. Then we will help test accordingly.
10. What’s the machine guarantee?
1 year after machine running in client’s factory or 14 months are the issue date of bill of lading.
11. How about the machine installation, trainning, and debugging?
Engineer oversea service available. But the buyer should send an invitation letter for visa application, and also pay the two-way airline tickets and bear the technician’s all accommodation in buyer’s country, and pay technician 100$ per day as service charge. The debugging time is not more than 7 days.
