Working Principle

When the static elimination rod works with the high-voltage power supply, a strong ionization field can be generated between the discharge needle and the ground level, and air molecules are ionized to produce many positive and negative charges. When the surface of an object is negative, it will attract the positive charge in the flow of air and the negative electric charge will be refused. When the surface of an object is positive, it will attract the negative charge in the flow of air, and the positive charge will be repulsed. Thus, the static electricity on the object surface is neutralized to achieve the effect of eliminating static electricity and rapid dust removal.

3. Do not use the equipment in an environment with humidity > 85%.

4. It is strictly prohibited to use the equipment inflammable and explosive atmosphere.

5. Internal maintenance and repair must be carried out by professionals.

Maintain

1. The electrostatic eliminator needs to clean the discharge electrode at regular intervals according to the service environment so as to ensure the high efficiency of eliminating static electricity. Cleaning method: turn off the power supply, wipe the tip of the needle with anhydrous alcohol, and power on after the alcohol is completely volatilized.

2. If the indicator light on the panel of the power box does not turn off, it shall be stopped from use, repaired by professional maintenance personnel, and can be used only after re-checking that the power box usually works.
