Four Maintain Requirements
(1) Neatness: tools, workpieces and accessories are placed neatly; Safety protection devices are complete; The pipeline is complete.
(2) Clean up: clean inside and outside; Each sliding surface, lead screw, gear, rack, etc. shall be free of oil stain and collision; No oil leakage, water leakage, air leakage and electric leakage at all parts; Clean up the scraps and garbage.
(3) Lubrication: add and change oil on time, and the oil quality meets the requirements; The oil pot, oil gun, oil cup, linoleum and oil line are clean and complete, the oil pointer is bright, and the oil path is smooth.
(4) Safety: implement the system of fixed person, fixed machine and shift handover; Be familiar with the photoelectric correction maintenance structure and abide by the operating procedures, reasonably use photoelectric correction maintenance, carefully maintain tools, and prevent accidents.
