How to Use Slitting Blade?
First, lift the upper blade shaft. (There is a lifting handle wheel on the machine)
Change a new lower blade shaft. (It is workable for the design type that lower cut shaft size is fixed.) If the lower cut knife is movable, please lose the lock screw on it and move it to the target slit width one by one. And then screw the lock screws firmly.
Remove the upper knife, adjust the desired size (the maximum striping specification depends on the machine model).
Gently place the upper seat in place, lock the fixing handle, push the upper knife until the lower knife is closed. And then lock the upper knife.
Adjust the upper blade pressure by changing the insert depth to the lower knife. Pneumatic drive blade, the pressure is controlled by cylinder, there is adjust button on it. Normally turn it to the middle position is okay.
Put the material to be divided into the feed shaft and fixed (loose, tight, and suitable), pass the material through the transmission shaft, the pressing wheel, and take it out through the upper and lower knife and turning the handwheel, at the same time, the left and right adjustment knob can be adjusted to make it accurate, and then affixed to the paper tube of the roll-out shaft, pay special attention to the specifications of the paper tube must be consistent.
Turn on the power supply. The meter counter is automatic.
Measurement: press the clear key to return the calculator to zero.
Press the start button on the panel. Adjust the slitting speed in the touch screen. Also, could choose rated speed by input target speed numbers. Feed the remaining material produced by the striping into the waste hole on the tube, press the “air fan” icon on the touch screen, and blow the remaining material to the dustbin.
After slitting, clean the paper dust on the upper, lower knife, and transmission wheel in time to keep the machine clean.
Slitting materials are limited to paper, laminated material, PVC, non-woven, with a certain thickness range (paper 30-500gsm). Cannot be used to cut metal and other hard materials.
The Maintenance of the Slitting Machine Blade

1. We all know that the whole operation process is the process in which the slitting machine blade is most prone to wear and tear. Slitting machine blades in transportation must be by the use of the machine, vertical storage, rather than horizontal storage, this is also used to prevent machine deformation or damage.
2. When the cutter blade is idle, it must be oiled to prevent it from rusting.
3. When we use the slitting machine blade, the strength should be enough, do not use brute force to split because the cutting is motionless, this will not only cause great damage to the blade but also easy to cause danger.
Each team must do a good job in the maintenance of slitting machine blades following the rules and categories of mechanical maintenance, and shall not delay without reason. Under special circumstances, the maintenance shall be postponed only after the approval of the full-time worker in charge, but generally not more than half of the prescribed maintenance interval.
5. The Asset Management Department regularly supervises and checks the maintenance of the slitting blade of various units, regularly or irregularly spot checks the maintenance quality, and rewards and punishes the inferior ones.
The maintenance of machinery shall be carried out item by item per the prescribed items and requirements to ensure the quality of the machinery, and shall not be missed or uninsured.
