Do you or your operator know how to load the paper roll onto the machine?
Let see the checklist for loading the paper roll onto the machine together.
- Move the paper roll near to the loading section of the paper sheeter.
- Insert air shaft through the inner paper core.
- Push the paper roll onto the loading arm. Pay attention, the shaft sleeve should contact the arm slot. And the gears on the shaft should meet the gears on the magnetic brake shaft head.
- Switch on the air source switch. The loading stand lifts the paper roll automatically.
- Lock the fixed bar of the air shaft ends.
- Measure the paper roll left and right side distance to the air shaft ends. Make sure the paper roll is in the middle of the machine baseline. It depends on the operator’s habit. Some operators like to place the paper roll near the operating side. It is okay to do.
- Discharge the air into the air shaft, let the shaft inflation on. So that the shaft could keep the paper roll in the middle firmly.
If the above seven steps are done, then congratulations. You have been loading and positioning the jumbo paper roll successfully.
